Winston Churchill – 2 Letters with Authentic Handwritten Signatures
Two typed letters, both signed by Churchill, to Brigadier General Sir John Smyth, VC, MC, MP.
The first one on Chartwell letterhead paper, where Churchill responds to General Smyth’s invitation to become the first President of the Victoria Cross. Association. Dated 24th December, 1958.
The second letter dated 31st December, 1958 on 28 Hyde Park Gate letterhead paper, complete with envelope, accepting the position as President of the Victoria Cross Association.
Two letters from Winston Churchill with authentic signatures: good content to a prominent British General.
